Post education that includes screening requirement or criterion in connection with an education offering where such requirement or criteria is not a legal requirement of the posted educational offer.
The ISGL, in its sole discretion reserves its right to restrict the number of e-mails which you can send to prospective students in order to prevent any kind of commercial advertising or solicitation business of any kind etc.
Copyright and Its Limitations

Hence, ISGL is in no way responsible for the user content, accuracy, quality, safety of the contents or posting of any documents which are false, forged, manipulated, fabricated, altered etc. The user must take full liability for such content or post.
Further, ISGL is in no way involved in the actual transaction between prospective students and the education provider and consequently disclaims any liability including financial liability on this count. Both the parties acknowledge and expressly agree that complete responsibility for any actual transaction between them entailing financial transaction will lie exclusively on themselves without any financial liability of ISGL.
ISGL further provides a venue for the user to network share their experiences and to make reviews. ISGL does not censor or screen such postings, reviews, opinions etc. of the user. Hence, ISGL has no control on the accuracy, reliability, truthfulness of the contents and therefore makes no representation about the truthfulness of such user content and disclaims any liability.
